GEOFFREY FIEGER
Geoffrey Nels Fieger is one of the most successful trial attorneys in the country. He has published scholarly articles on the law and is constantly in demand as an expert analyst for high-profile media trials. His charismatic personality made him the star of the CBS radio program, “Fiegertime,” and he appears daily on CNN, Fox, Court T.V. and other networks commenting on various legal issues and cases.
After two decades of practicing law, Geoffrey is best known for winning trials. He has won more multimillion-dollar awards than any other attorney in the country, including his very first trial in 1980. Some of these trials include the defense of Dr. Jack Kevorkian, the “Jenny Jones Show” trial, and the defense of Nathanial Abraham, the youngest person ever tried for murder as an adult in the state of Michigan. Fieger has won record awards in Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania and Indiana, and many of his trials have generated national attention and set important legal precedents.
Fieger was the Democratic Party nominee for Governor of the State of Michigan in 1998, and the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University recently named its school for the education of trial lawyers the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute.
Fieger earned two academic degrees from the University of Michigan (B.A.-1974, M.A.-1976) and his law degree from the Detroit College of Law-Michigan State University (J.D.-1979). He is a member of the Michigan and Florida Bar Associations.

Many of these trials have generated national attention and set important legal precedents.
Some recent cases include the following:

Gilbert vs. Daimler-Chrysler:
Moreland vs. The City of South Bend:
Taylor vs. Washington Hospital:
In every case and with every client, Geoffrey devotes himself to getting justice for his clients. He has been characterized by his opponents as extremely well prepared, intimidating, charismatic... and the lawyer they would hire if they needed representation.
Geoffrey is a tireless and fearless worker for his clients. He is described by those closest to him as a caring and intensely loyal friend. He played football in college and remains a health buff with daily workouts. He has been married for over 20 years to his wife, Keenie. They have two sons & a daughter.
Relentless, fearless, loyal, intimidating, charismatic and a winner... that is who Geoffrey N. Fieger is.
