MARK KOSIERADZKI

Mark R. Kosieradzki is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is recognized in "Best Lawyers in America."
Mark is a past president of the Minnesota Association for Justice (MNAJ, formerly known as the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice (AAJ, formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), is a past president of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
As a Diplomat in the National College of Advocacy, Mark has lectured in 30 states, Canada and Mexico on issues of professional malpractice, nursing home negligence and trial advocacy. He is the author of the textbook Litigating Spinal Cord Injuries: Law, Medicine and Economics, and coauthor of Thompson-West's, Deposition Notebook.
Mark has served as lead counsel in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases involving malpractice, construction injuries, nursing home neglect, interstate trucking accidents, and products liability. With a major focus on the representation of victims of nursing home neglect throughout the United States, he was elected chair of the National Nursing Home Litigation Group for the American Association for Justice . Together with his partner, Joel Smith, he co-authored the Nursing Home Litigation chapter the Thompson-West treatise, Litigating Tort Cases.
